Hey there! We do what we can to package all orders so they get to your door in pristine condition. But we get it—sometimes we can’t avert an elephant sitting on the package on the flyover or that one person using it as a lightsaber and therefore posters can arrive at your door looking a little less than perfect.

No worries, though! If your poster shows up damaged, just give us a shout within 48 hours of receiving it. Snap a couple of quick pictures of the damage, include your order number, and send it our way. We’ll take a look, and if all checks out, we’re happy to either send you a fresh poster or a voucher for the full price of your purchase.

Just a heads up, we might ask for the damaged poster back before we hit that replace or voucher button so please hold on to it.
