Please note Rackspace has an online help tool available here that automates the setup process for supported email accounts and clients, or provides instructions for manually configuring your client.
Manual Setup
If you do not wish to use the above tool then please use the manual settings below. Side Dish recommends IMAP as the account type with SSL. More information about account types.
IMAP Settings

Notes:
- Both the Incoming and Outgoing (SMTP) mail servers are secure.emailsrvr.com
- The above port numbers are to be used
- The username/address is the full email address
- The name field is the name that will appear in the “From” field of emails you send
- Passwords are case sensitive. Please copy and paste the one provided to you. You can update your password through the webmail login provided to you
POP3 Settings
