What will I receive when I purchase a digital artwork
You will be provided with both PDF and JPEG files in our premium large-scale formats, typically including the A0 size as well as the versatile 32×24 inches
How do I access these files
Right after checkout, you’ll receive links to download your digital files, along with an order confirmation email that also includes a link for your downloads.
Where and how do I print my artwork
Feel free to print your wall art using your own printer, swing by a local print shop, or even opt for an online printing service. For top-notch quality, consider going with a professional printing service, or if you’re printing at home, high-quality matte paper is your best bet.
- At least 250 gsm / 110 lb paper is recommended for fine art prints to ensure premium thickness, durability, and overall quality
- Choosing Acid-Free and FSC-Certified Paper, or paper with similar environmental certifications, is highly beneficial for the environment
Delivery
Processing time for orders is 2-5 business days, depending on various factors. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the recipient’s location and package size/weight. Estimated shipping fees are provided at checkout.
Packaging
Your order will be bubble wrapped and shipped in custom-made, double-wall cardboard packaging. All work is insured against loss or damage.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link in the email to track your package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Side Dish cannot predict these charges and has no control over them.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll review the issue and may offer a replacement or voucher. Please keep the damaged item until the process is complete.
