Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2-5 business days to process.

Packaging

The frame is bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging. All work is insured against loss or damage.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the location of the recipient and the size and weight of the package. An estimate of the shipping fees will be provided at checkout, before the order is completed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees as well as customs clearance charges once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Side Dish has no control over these charges, nor can Side Dish predict what they may be.

Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. You can track your package following the link in the email.

Delayed/Lost Orders

Side Dish is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by external factors (such as weather, inspection, incorrect address provided by customer, etc.). In the event of a lost package, Side Dish will make all efforts to assist with the recovery of the package, but cannot be held responsible if an order is lost due to an error in the delivery address provided by the customer.
